After you have requested a test, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. As a rule, the test chair will then be delivered to you by our sales force and you will receive detailed instructions.

• The test is not binding and there are no costs associated with the test.
• The delivery is usually carried out by our field service. On request, we will gladly send you the test chair with our logistics service provider.
• The chair is always delivered fully assembled.
• The test phase is about 4 weeks. At the latest after the end of the test phase, we will automatically contact you.
• The test chair is picked up by our field service or our logistics service provider.
• The goods remain the property of StolComfort GmbH throughout the entire test.
